Who we help

Stiff neck, tight hips and a back that complains by Thursday. We look at how you sit, stand and move through a working day, then give you a few small changes that fit around your job.

FAQ

Questions before you book?

If you do not see your question, send us a message with the booking form and we will reply.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Bring any notes or paperwork you already have, and a list of questions if that helps.

How long is a first visit?

A first visit is 60 minutes. Most of that time is spent talking and looking at how you move, so you are never hurried.

Do I need a referral?

This depends on where you live and how you plan to pay. Ask us when you book and we will explain what applies to you.

Will I get exercises to do at home?

If they make sense for you, yes. You get a short, clear routine, and we adjust it at follow-up visits.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. Many people bring a friend or family member for support, and you are welcome to do the same.

What if I need to reschedule?

Let us know as early as you can and we will find another time that works for you.
